In 2018 One of the founder Mr. Jagdish Sahita entered into real estate business on the name of D R Builders and Developers where they delivered a Commercial cum Residential project comprising of 15 Commercial spaces and 126 Apartments with infinity view in the prime location of Lalghati. The project is located at the heart of the city and is the only project comprising of all modern amenities like swimming pool, club house, stilt parking, gardens, temple etc. in old Bhopal and now has become the benchmark in the city.
In the year 2020, Mr. Rounak Sahita entered the mining business under the name of M/S Narayana and began producing M-Sand. They are one of the highest-capacity producers of M-Sand in Central India. The unit has the best M-Sand producing V.S.I. machines. Here, they produce both dry and washed sand, ensuring that the finished product contains a low level of silt to guarantee perfect quality and strength. This is one of the initiatives not only from a business perspective but also aimed at replacing river sand and preserving natural rivers.

This unique venture is being constructed & planned with all modern amenities like escalators,lifts,car lift etc.
